A credit card number must be provided to reserve the house. The credit card will not be charged until the guest arrives.

Cancellations with less than a two week notice: if the house is re-booked then a $50 administrative fee applies. If the house is not rebooked the credit card is charged the full amount for the stay along with a $50 administrative fee and a voucher equal to the reservation is given to the guest for a future stay at the Bluff View House.
